Nice Move for Milwaukee

The Nashville Predators signing of forward Jamie Lundmark is a great move for the Milwaukee Admirals. Lundmark was a first-round draft choice, ninth overall, of the New York Rangers in 1999. He has played 295 games in the NHL.
With Milwaukee, Lundmark becomes the first line center as the roster stands now. Remember,
Mike Santorelli is a restricted free agent. With the number of forwards in Nashville currently on one-way deals, it’s conceivable that
Nick Spaling and
Andreas Thuresson join Lundmark on Milwaukee’s top line. I think the signing of
Matt Lombardi maybe knocked Spaling out due to the fact he won’t have to clear waivers to come back to Milwaukee.
Here’s a forecast:
Spaling-Lundmark-Thuresson
Obviously, I could be wrong with this guess on the lineup. Still, I’m excited the way it’s shaping up. A number of players in this lineup could be in Nashville, so I really like the depth.
Lundmark has a bit of grit in his game, too. I’m not just toeing the company line when I say this is a very exciting move.
Moving on…
This is just a quick blog before the weekend. I leave you with a musician I’m seeing tonight,
Todd Snider. He’s my favorite artist and here is
one of the reasons why.
