When each season begins, I am always very curious to see how we will develop as a team. We seemingly have almost an all-new team and you never know if they will gel and if they do how long it will take.

Today, as we celebrate our third West Division regular season championship in the last six years, I can’t tell you how impressed I am with our coaching staff as well as the leadership in Nashville who assembles our talent every year. We are very fortunate to have a great relationship with Nashville and they do a phenomenal job of not only getting us great players but also great guys who are so easy to work with. Paul Fenton and Mike Santos in Nashville and Lane Lambert and Brad Lauer here in Milwaukee have created a winning culture which continues here from year to year.

We are in the process of getting playoff schedules together with potential opponents. It’s a detailed process that Mike Wojciechowski, our esteemed VP of Business Development, works on with contacts from around the league. He does a great job.

Six games left in the regular season and then it’s time for playoff hockey.
