Milwaukee Admirals

Another Busy Week!

November 01

Hey fans, Roscoe here! The first month of the season has been a busy one for me! I’ve had a blast seeing all the Admirals fans at the games and look forward to meeting many more as the season goes on! Besides games, I’ve had the chance to meet fans at many events around town!

On October 6th, I was at Fairview Elementary School for Bike and Walk to School Day. Many schools from across the country participated by walking or biking to school. It was great to see so many active students and parents getting out and walking/biking to school!

October 9th was a busy day for me! Not only was it the Admirals home opener, but also Briggs and Al’s Run and Walk and Oktoberfest in Milwaukee. Briggs and Al’s Run and Walk raised money for Children’s Hospital. The run/walk started at Marquette University and ended at the Summerfest Grounds. I loved seeing so many people donating their time to good causes!

After spending some time at the run, I made my way over to Oktoberfest. This year marked Milwaukee’s 40th year of holding Oktoberfest. Although it was a busy day for me, I met so many great fans!

On October 23rd, I was honored to attend Tanner’s All-Star Game at Mullet Ice Center in Harland, WI. There were many hockey fans in attendance supporting a wonderful cause!

I visited Whitefish Bay on October 27th for their annual Great Pumpkin Festival sponsored by the Whitefish Bay Civic Foundation. I joined the Admirals players in carving pumpkins with families of Whitefish Bay. It got me in the Halloween spirit, and even though it was cold and windy, there’s no place I’d rather be than hanging with Admirals fans!

I’ve got another busy week ahead of me with the Admirals playing at home this Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday! I hope to see you soon! Until next time, GO ADMIRALS!!!
