Hey fans, Roscoe here! This last month has been filled with appearances at parades, a fashion show, and the YMCA. It has been a pleasure meeting so many Admirals fans everywhere I go!
On November 7, I visited the Milwaukee County Zoo for the Arthritis Jingle Bell Run/Walk. Arthritis is one of the nation’s leading causes of disability, and it was great to see people of all ages out supporting the cause.
On November 18, I helped kick off the holiday season in Milwaukee at the Holiday Fashion Show at Pere Marquette Park. Seeing so many people in their festive gear really got me in the holiday spirit!
Along with the holiday season comes parades, and on November 20 I kicked off my parade season at the Milwaukee Holiday Parade in downtown Milwaukee. This year marked the 84th year of the parade.
I always love my visits to the YMCA, and November 22 was no exception. Although I left worn out, I had a blast hanging out with so many active kids!
On November 24, I was at the Pettit Center for the HOG For Hunger food drive. 102.9 THE HOG and the House of Harley-Davidson teamed up to host a food drive collecting cash and non-perishable food items for the Hunger Task Force. It was great to see so many fans donating to a wonderful cause!
On November 26, I went to the Whitefish Bay Holiday Stroll, and although I was still stuffed from eating so much turkey the day before, I had a lot of fun! Next on my list was the South Milwaukee Christmas Parade on November 28. I enjoyed the warm weather and seeing so many smiling faces!
I had another busy day filled with parades on December 4. My first stop of the day was at the Elkhorn Christmas Parade. From there, I traveled to West Allis to appear in the West Allis Christmas Parade. I saw many friendly faces and enjoyed my time at both parades!
I am taking a break for the holidays, but I will see you back at the Bradley Center on December 28 as the Admirals take on the Rockford IceHogs at 7 pm. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday and Santa treats you well!
