What a Weekend!

Hey fans, Roscoe here and boy am I tired from this weekend! It was great to see so many Admirals fans around the Bradley Center, but three games in four days really wore me out! I’m definitely going to catch up on my sleep while the team is on the road.

If you were at the game on Thursday, I hope you remembered to get your free wings from Buffalo Wild Wings and a Frosty from Wendy’s! I made sure to get mine and they were delicious!

What an action-packed game on Saturday! The crowd was great, especially the Girl Scouts! I don’t know how you girls have that much energy. I need to take some lessons from you! There was so much going on at the game on Saturday, including the Inflatamaniacs, an appearance by Chelsea Kane from the Disney Channel’s Jonas LA, and a trip giveaway. Plus, every fan got a team picture that I hope you will hang up in your room just like I did!

Sunday games are always a lot of fun, and this week was no exception. The Inflatamaniacs were back again to entertain the crowd during the intermissions, and the first 2,500 fans got an Admirals Winter Hat thanks to Express Promotions. I haven’t taken mine off since I got it! It keeps my ears nice and warm! I got quite the workout skating with everyone who stayed for the Private Bank Family Skate. Remember after every Sunday home game you can bring your skates and take a lap around the rink!

If you’re a bobblehead collector like I am, make sure to come to the game on January 21! The first 5,000 fans get a bobblehead of former Admiral goalie Darren Pang. I don’t know about you, but I love country music and can’t wait for the game on January 28, when Rodney Atkins takes the stage in a post-game concert.

It’s time for me to go take a nap! I need to store up energy for when the Admirals return home on January 20! I hope to see you around the Bradley Center sometime soon. Until then, GO ADMIRALS!
