Fans now you can import the entire 2011-12 Admirals schedule into your calendar in moments. Plus you can then sync to your handheld device!

Carry the Admirals schedule with you and you'll always know when and where we play. Just select the type of calendar that you use, follow the instructions, and you are all set to go!

Microsoft Outlook (and handheld device or smartphone that are capable of syncing with Microsoft Outlook)

STEP ONE:

RIGHT CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE ADMIRALS SCHEDULE NOW
(Right-click, choose SAVE TARGET AS... or SAVE LINK AS... to save the file to your computer.  You MUST save the file to your computer before proceeding)

STEP TWO:

To get the Admrials schedule onto your Microsoft Outlook Calendar, or your handheld device, you first need to import the data into your calendar application on your computer (for Palm and Handheld users, the computer you will use to sychronize to your device).

Once you have saved the file onto your computer, open Microsoft Outlook
Select "File" in the top left corner and then "Import/Export"
Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next
Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next
Click "Browse" to find and select the admirals_schedule11.csv file you just downloaded, select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next
Highlight and select "Calendar" as your destination and click Next
The next window will have a title that says 'The following actions will be performed:' above an option to 'Import "admirals_schedule11.csv" into folder: Calendar.'
Check that box and then click on the "Map Custom Fields" button to the right
From there, click and drag needed fields from the left window into the right window. It is fairly self-explanatory, but the basic corresponding fields are below. Note: Some of those may already be done for you.

SUBJECT to Subject
START_DATE to Start Date
START_TIME to Start Time
END_TIME to End Time
LOCATION to Location

And if you'd like Outlook to place a reminder: REMINDER_ON_OFF to Reminder On/Off
Click OK
Then Click Finish

The Admirals 2011-12 schedule is now in the Calendar application on your computer and you are finished!

STEP THREE: Synchronize your handheld device or smartphone to your computer.

Mac OS iCal Import (.ICS file format)
RIGHT CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE ADMIRALS SCHEDULE and select the "Save As..." option to download the file. After downloading the file, open iCal and import the file Admirals_schedule1112.ics into your calendar.

Google Calendar
RIGHT CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE ADMIRALS SCHEDULE and select the "Save As..." option to download the file. After downloading the file, open your Google Calendar and follow the instructions below.
1. Click the Add down-arrow button at the bottom of the calendar list on the left side of the page, and select Import Calendar.
2. Click Browse and choose Admirals_schedule_1112.ics, then click Open.
3. Select the Google Calendar where you'd like to import events, then click Import.
