Predators Recall Pihlstrom from Admirals

Milwaukee, WI—Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled forward Antti Pihlstrom from the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League. In addition, the Admirals announced that they have reassigned goaltender Maxime Daigneault to the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL and recalled netminder Dov Grumet-Morris from Cincinnati.
Pihlstrom leads the Admirals in goals and ranks fourth on the club in scoring with 15 points (10g-5a). The 5-10, 181-pound forward ranked third in goals and fifth in points (16g-23a-39pts) with Finland’s HPK Hameenlinna in 2006-07.
Daigneault is 2-2 with a 2.33 goals against average and a .909 save percentage for Admirals this season, while Grumet-Morris posted a 9-2-1 mark with a 2.52 GAA and a .901 save percentage for the Cyclones.
