Admirals Playoff Ticket Packages on Sale

Milwaukee, WI – Milwaukee Admirals President Jon Greenberg announced today that ticket packages for the 2008 Calder Cup Playoffs are on sale to the general public. Individual game ticket information for the post-season will be available at a future date.
For the first time Admirals Playoff Packages feature a discount over the regular season ticket price, and they also include the same seat to each of the Admirals 16 potential post-season home games. Packages start at $336 for seats in the Admirals Quarters (all seats in the first row).$244 per seat for tickets in the Stern and Bow (sections 203-211 and 217-225), $282 for seats in the Mid-Deck (sections 226-202 and 212-216), and
Fans that order the full playoff package, and have any remaining balance applied to next season, will have the chance to receive the equivalent amount of seats they buy to one of two select Milwaukee Brewers’ games. The two games to choose from would be Wednesday, June 18th versus the Toronto Blue Jays or Tuesday, July 8th against the Colorado Rockies.
With less than two weeks to go in the regular season the Admirals are in third place in the AHL’s West Division with 87 points, just one point ahead of the Houston Aeros and the San Antonio Rampage, while the Peoria Rivermen sit just six points back of Milwaukee in sixth place with 81 points. The top four teams in each division qualify for the Calder Cup Playoffs, and the fifth place team in the West will go if they have more points than the fourth place team in the North Division. Currently, Hamilton is in third in the North with 73 points.
