Playoff Tickets On Sale Monday
Apr 11, 2008
Milwaukee, WI—Milwaukee Admirals President Jon Greenberg announced today that tickets for the team’s first two playoff games will go on sale on Monday, April 14th at 12:00 pm. The dates, times, and opponent for the games will be determined this Sunday following the conclusion of the American Hockey League regular season.
For the first time in team history, the cost for tickets to the first two games of the post-season will be less than during the regular season. Seats in the Stern and Bow will be just $9, $7 less than during the regular season, and seats in the Mid-Deck ($12) and the Admirals Quarters ($17) will be $5 and $4 less, respectively, than during the year. Because of the already steep discounts there will be no separate group or kids pricing in the first round.
Fans can order tickets by calling the Admirals office at (414) 227-0550 or by logging onto www.ticketmaster.com.
If the Admirals play three or four games at the Bradley Center in the first round the pricing structure for games three and four will be $19 for Admirals Quarters, $15 for Mid-Deck, and $11 for Stern and Bow.
The Admirals also offer playoff ticket packages which include the same seat to each of the Admirals 16 potential post-season home games. Packages start at $336 for seats in the Admirals Quarters (all seats in the first row), $244 per seat for tickets in the Stern and Bow (sections 203-211 and 217-225), $282 for seats in the Mid-Deck (sections 226-202 and 212-216).
Entering the final weekend of the regular season the Admirals are currently tied for third place in the AHL’s West Division with Houston and San Antonio at 92 points and the Rockford IceHogs sit just two points ahead in second with 94 points. There are still eight separate scenarios that the Admirals could have in the opening round of the playoffs: they could host Houston, San Antonio or Rockford or they could travel to Chicago, Toronto, Rockford, Houston, or San Antonio.
