Game Two Set for Saturday Night

May 1, 2009

After suffering their first loss in almost a month on Thursday night, the Milwaukee Admirals return to the Bradley Center Ice on Saturday night against the Houston Aeros in game two of the West Division Finals at 7:00 pm. The Aeros built a 2-0 lead in game one and then managed to survive a barrage of Admirals chances late in the contest.

Andreas Thuresson tallied the lone goal of the game for the Admirals at the 17:14 mark of the third period. Drew MacIntyre continued his stellar play in net for Milwaukee, making 20 saves on the evening. He currently leads all AHL goaltenders in the post season with a 1.21 goals against average and is second with a .955 save percentage.

The Admirals are giving out rally rags to fans at Saturday night’s game and one lucky fan will win a pair of tickets to the Fleetwood Mac concert at the Bradley Center on June 8th.

Following Saturday night’s contest the series will switch to Houston for game three on Tuesday, May 5th, game four Thursday, May 7th, and, if necessary, game five Saturday, May 9th.
