Feb 4, 2010
Milwaukee, WI—The Milwaukee Admirals will be in a collegiate state of mind on Friday when they host the Houston Aeros at 7:30 pm (note the time change from the original schedule) at the Bradley Center in the final game of a season-long five-game homestand. Before the Ads and Aeros do battle, the Milwaukee School of Engineering and Concordia University of Mequon will square off in a Division III men’s game beginning at 3:30 on the BC ice. The MSOE-Concordia game is free to attend with an Admirals ticket.
During the Admirals game the University of Wisconsin Marching Band will make their annual visit to the Bradley Center. The band, more than 200 strong, will play in the stands while the game is played and then make their way down to the ice to perform a special “Fourth Period” after the contest is done.
The Admirals are also debuting a brand new giveaway item. The first 3,500 fans will take home an oven mitt in the likeness of a goalie’s glove, courtesy of Palermo’s Pizza. Plus one lucky fan will win a pair of tickets to any where Midwest Airlines flies, courtesy of Midwest Airlines.
In addition, Friday is also a Chipotle Fiesta Deck night. For just $16 fans get a ticket to the game, a Chipotle Burrito Buck which is good for a free burrito, and a kazoo!
