Ads Hockeyday Week Festivities Continue
Dec 27, 2011
Milwaukee - The Admirals continue their “Hockey-day Week” festivities and look to lengthen their home game winning streak to nine as the Amtrak Rivals, Chicago Wolves, come to town Wednesday, December 28 at 7:00 pm. The season series is tied at three games apiece, so a win for the Ads will give them the edge over their rivals and keep them at the top of the division.
Admiral’s fans can expect more gifts this holiday season as the first 3,500 fans in attendance will receive a t-shirt courtesy of David Gruber Law Offices. Also, everyone will have the opportunity to meet hometown hero and NASCAR star Matt Kenseth, who will greet fans and sign autographs behind section 211 from 6:00 pm to the start of the game. Additionally, one lucky fan will receive a pair of round trip tickets to Nashville and tickets to see the Predators play, courtesy of Frontier Airlines. Fans can enter the contest at the kiosks on the 200 level concourse.
The Ads also welcome back world renowned ice skating juggler Albert Lucas, who put on an amazing performance during the second intermission of Monday’s game. Lucas is best known for his performances at both the NBA and NHL finals.
The 2011 Admirals Cup finals will also take place Wednesday prior to the start of the Ads showdown with the Wolves. The third place game between Brookfield and Cedarburg will have a noon start at the BC, and the Championship game between Marquette and WNS will start at 2:40 pm also at the BC. The consolation finals will take place at Wilson Park earlier in the day.
The Ads return back to the BC in 2012 as they face off against the Peoria Rivermen on Sunday, January 1 at 5:00 pm. Be sure to get there early because the first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive a talking bottle opener of Admirals broadcaster Aaron Sims.
Sunday’s game will also feature the Private Bank Family Four Ticket Package. The purchase of this ticket package includes four Bow tickets, four sodas and four hot dogs for just $50, a savings of over $40! This ticket package is perfect for families looking for a fun and exciting New Year’s outing.
Be sure to stick around after the game for the post game skate and the Aurora Sports Medicine Institute Autograph Corner featuring two Admirals players.
