Admirals Promote Martens, Hire Wojciechowski

Milwaukee, WI—Milwaukee Admirals President Jon Greenberg announced today that the team has promoted Brian Martens to Manager of Ticket Operations and hired Heather Wojciechowski as a Marketing Assistant.

“Both Brian and Heather have done an exemplary job for us in previous roles and we are confident that they will continue the success that they have already enjoyed,” said Greenberg. “One of our primary goals is to not only hire quality workers, but quality people as well and we know we have done both with these two individuals.”

Martens’ primary duties will be to serve as the liaison between the Bradley Center Ticket Office, Ticketmaster, and the Admirals, maintain and update the Admirals ticket database, oversee Will Call and a concourse ticket station at all games, prepare invoices, sales reports, audits, and deposits, manage online payment systems, and oversee fan email collection programs and design and execute target email campaigns.

Martens is currently in his fifth season as a full time employee with the Admirals, and sixth overall. He broke in with the club as a sales intern for the 2004-05 season and was then hired as an Account Executive prior to the 2005-06 campaign. In the summer of 2008, Martens was promoted to Senior Account Executive before accepting his most recent position.

Martens and his wife Kristen have a daughter, Olivia, and reside in Franklin.

A recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Wojciechowski’s primary responsibilities include ensuring the proper execution of all game day events and promotions, hiring and managing all part-time game night staff, serving as the contact and scheduling coordinator for the Admirals mascot Roscoe, helping to provide corporate sponsor recaps and facilitating Admirals marketing initiatives.

Wojciechowski, who earned a degree in Journalism and Media Communications, has worked in a part-time capacity with the Admirals for the past nine seasons. She currently resides in Milwaukee.

The Admirals finish off a three-game road trip on Tuesday in Cleveland against Lake Erie before returning to the Bradley Center on Thursday, January 7 against the San Antonio Rampage at 7:00 pm.
