Ads to Host Girls Hockey Game
Milwaukee, WI—The Admirals are hosting their first ever high school girls hockey game between University School of Milwaukee Wildcats and the Lakeshore Lightning. The game will take place this Tuesday January 24th at 3:45 p.m., prior to the Admirals hosting the Cleveland Monsters at 7 pm at UW- Milwaukee Panther Arena.
The game is free and open to the public. Those wishing to attend should enter through the main lobby doors off Kilbourn Ave at 3:30
University School is currently 10-5-1, and sitting in 3rd place in the Eastern Shores conference. USM is a co-op team comprised of girls from Divine Savior Holy Angels, Nicolet High School, Shorewood High School, University School of Milwaukee, and Whitefish Bay High School.
Lakeshore is a part of the Independent Conference and is currently 4-11-0. The girls come from Cedarburg, Homestead, Grafton, Port Washington, Cedar Grove, Slinger, Germantown, West Bend East and West.
The two teams faced each other last season, where the Wildcats edged out the Lightning 2-0. The Lightning lost in the first round of playoffs last season, where the Wildcats were able to go all the way to the State Title Game.
