The Wolves went up 2-0 with 2:44 left in the opening stanza when Mark Mancari picked up his 18th goal of the season after Taylor Beck went to the box for high-sticking.

There was no scoring in the second period, as the two team’s combined for just 13 shots goal.

The third period saw the Admirals grab the momentum, and had a number of quality scoring chances throughout the third. However it took them almost 16 minutes to find the back of the net, but they finally did when Ryan Thang scored his second goal in as many games at the 15:39 mark of the third period, crashing the net and finding the loose puck. Victor Bartley and Kyle Wilson added assists on the goal.

Milwaukee continued the pressure following Thang’s marker, but they couldn’t find the equalizer.
