Granberg Reassigned to Milwaukee


Milwaukee, WI--Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile today announced that the club has activated defenseman Petter Granberg from injured reserve and assigned him to Milwaukee. In addition, the Admirals have released forward Shawn O’Donnell from his professional try-out contract (PTO).

Granberg missed Nashville’s previous six games to injury. He has played in 10 games for the Predators this season and recorded 10 penalty minutes. Granberg has appeared in 18 contests for Milwaukee and registered 12 penalty minutes.

O’Donnell recorded 12 penalty minutes in six games with the Admirals. He has six goals and eight assists with the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL this season.

The Admirals are currently off for the AHL All-Star break before returning to action on Friday, February 3 at 7 pm against the Rockford IceHogs at Panther Arena.
