Moser, 10 Admirals' Alums Go for Gold
Milwaukee, WI--Current Admiral Simon Moser and ten Admirals' alums will compete for gold when the Men's Ice Hockey Tournament gets underway from Sochi on Wednesday.
These 11 players will look to join three other Admiral alums who have won Olympic Gold. Those three include Shea Weber in 2010 with Team Canada, Mikhail Shtalenkov with the Unified Team (Soviet Union) in 1992, and Buzz Schneider with the Miracle on Ice 1980 US Squad.

Oliver Setzinger (2007-08)--Austria
Shea Weber (2005-06)--Canada
Dan Hamhuis (2002-03, 04-05)--Canada
Martin Erat (2002-03)--Czech Republic (Added recently to the Czech roster as a substitute for Vladimir Sobotka)
Antti Philstrom (2007-09)--Finland
Kimmo Timonen (1998-99)--Findand
Alexander Radulov (2006-07)--Russia
Peter Olvecky (2008-09)--Slovakia
Simon Moser (Current)--Switzerland
Roman Josi (2010-12)--Switzerland
Ryan Suter (2004-05)--United States
Moser is the third player in Admirals history to compete in the Olympics in the same season as he played for the Ads. Alexander Sulzer did it in 2010 with Germany and Peter Smrek played in the 2002 Olympics with Slovakia.
