Admirals Purple Weekend
The Admirals will be at home for two games this weekend. Friday night they host the Rockford IceHogs at 7pm and then Sunday afternoon the Lake Erie Monsters come to the BMO Harris Bradley Center at 3pm.
There are some exciting promotions, giveaways and even a jersey auction this weekend.
At both Friday and Sunday's games, the Admirals will wear special purple jerseys that will be auctioned off via silent auction and the proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.
The first 5,000 fans arriving to Friday night's game will be receiving purple Lee Jeans Bam-Bams. There will also be an Aurora Sports Medicine Institute Autograph Corner following the game outside of section 225 where two Admirals players will be available to sign autographs and take pictures with fans. Friday is also a Fair Deal Friday which means that for only $16 fans can get a Stern and Bow Ticket to the Admirals game and a ticket to the 2015 Wisconsin State Fair.
The excitement continues right along through Sunday afternoon for the the annual Charity Game for Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Tickets in the 400 level are available for only $3, and $2 of all tickets sold will go to Children's Hospital. The first 3,000 fans 14 years old or younger showing up to the game will recieve a growth chart featuring Admirals captain Joe Piskula courtesy of Children's Hospital.
Fans wishing to bid on the purple jerseys should be aware of these rules. Fans MUST be registered before the beginning of the second period of Sunday's game in order to bid on a jersey. There is a minimum bid increase of $20 on a jersey. The auction will end with exactly 5 Minutes Remainingin the second intermission of Sunday's game.
