Ads Present Salute To Pickles Night
When you think of Admirals hockey, you think pickles right? Even if you don’t you can enjoy the pickle-extravaganza the Ads have planned for March 28th, when they salute the pickle as they go head-to-head with the Houston Aeros at 7:00 pm at the Bradley Center.
The Admirals Salute to Pickle madness will start with a pickle-plucker promotion for the first 1,000 fans in attendance. There will also be paper pickle hats for the fans to sport during the pickle-palooza.
“Wednesday’s game isn’t just about giving the pickle its due respect; it’s about fully embracing the versatile condiment in all its little green glory,” said Ads President Jon Greenberg.
In addition to the pluckers and hats, the Ads have a plethora of pickle predicated games and contests planned courtesy of Gedney pickles. Throughout the game fans can expect to see anything from pickle eating contests to pickle trivia, and if you’re lucky, you might even get to be a part of an on-ice game of pickle in the middle.
“I will be all over that pickle eating contest,” added Admirals mascot Roscoe. “I take competitive eating very seriously.”
