Ads Earn Point in OT Loss
Chicago, IL--Jeremy Welsh totaled three points and goalie Matt Climie stopped 29 shots to lead the Chicago Wolves to a 3-2 overtime win over the Milwaukee Admirals Saturday night at the Allstate Arena.

Edmundson’s shot from the right point deflected off teammate Ty Rattie in front of Admirals goalie Magnus Hellberg. The puck found its way to the left post and Welsh had an easy goal after the
change in direction.
Milwaukee struck first while Chicago was on the power play. Joe Pendenza was able to knock the puck off the stick of Wolves defenseman Petteri Lindbohm at center ice. Admirals forward Rich Clune grabbed the loose puck and skated toward the net on a breakaway. Clune snapped a shot past the stick of Climie for his sixth goal of the season at 8:12 of the first period. It was Clune’s second shorthanded tally of the season.
The Wolves tied the game at 16:23 of the first period when Brendan Bell’s shot from the left wing boards ricocheted off a skate to Ty Rattie in the right circle. Rattie buried his 20th goal of the season.

of the third period as he intercepted a Wolve
s clearing attempt above the right circle. Budish sent a quick shot toward the net which sailed over the left glove of Climie. It was the sixth goal of the season for Budish.

ednesday in Cleveland against the Lake Erie Monsters. Milwaukee returns to the BMO Harris Bradley Center to host Texas Fri., Apr. 3 at 7pm.
