Ads Welcome Corbin Bernsen

The Milwaukee Admirals are excited to welcome actor Corbin Bernsen on Tuesday, April 8 as the Ads pay tribute to the movie Major League and take on the Rockford IceHogs at 7 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

The 1989 film celebrates 25 years since its production in Milwaukee at the Milwaukee County Stadium, the then home of the Brewers. Bernsen played third basemen Roger Dorn in the comedy that portrays an inexperienced Cleveland Indians baseball team that dodges relocation against all odds and propels itself forward to the playoffs.

Bernsen will sign autographs for fans on the 200 level during the game. There will be many highlights from the movie in addition to clips of Bob Uecker who played the iconic broadcaster, Harry Doyle.

In addition to Major League, Bernsen has starred in over 100 films and over 50 TV series – his most recent notable role in the USA Network comedy-drama series Psych. Bernsen plays a former officer of the Santa Barbara Police Department and father to Shawn Spencer, a young crime consultant that seemingly solves cases with psychic abilities. Bernsen has also appeared in the drama series L.A. Law and soap operas General Hospital and the Young and the Restless as well as other films such as the American horror film The Dentist and the musical comedy Bert Rigby: You’re a Fool.
