Predators Summon Five from Admirals
Milwaukee, WI—Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled forward Vladislav Kamenev and defensemen Alexandre Carrier, Jack Dougherty, Petter Granberg and Trevor Murphy from the Admirals.
Kamenev ranked second on the Admirals in points this season with 51 (21g-30a) in 70 games. Carrier led Milwaukee defensemen with 39 points (6g-33a) and was second on the club with 33 assists in 72 games. Dougherty recorded 13 points (2g-11a) in 75 games, Granberg earned six points (1g-5a) in 50 contests and Murphy registered 33 points (12g-21a) in 75 games.
The quintet, along with goalie Marek Mazanec and forward Frederick Gaudreau, brings to seven the number of players that the Predators have recalled since the Admirals season came to an end last Tuesday.
The Preds return to the ice tonight at 8:30 p.m. CT for Game Four of their Western Conference Second Round series. The Admirals will be hosting a viewing party for the game at Steny’s Tavern and Grill, located at 2nd and National.
