Ads Set First Phase of Promo Schedule


Milwaukee, WI—The Admirals announced the first phase of their 2015-16 promotional schedule today which features many of the team's signature giveaways, concerts and special events.
The promotional schedule kicks off on Opening Night, Friday, October 16th when all fans take home a magnet schedule of the 2015-16 season, thanks to OxiClean and Pick N’ Save.
Then on Saturday, October 24th, classic rock legends Foreigner will take the stage in a post-game concert in the first performance of the Admirals Concert Series, presented by Toyota, Lee Jeans, Coors Light and Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. The Ads will have a pair of Country Music Nights in the series this season. They will be on Saturday, January 30th and Saturday, March 19th. The artists for those two shows will be announced in the coming weeks.
Also highlighting this year’s promo schedule will be Green and Gold Tuesdays, presented by Derzon & Menard, which will feature an appearance by a current or former Packer player on November 24th December 1st, December 15th, December 29th and January 5th Safety Nick Collins will appear on November 24th, while Santana Dotson is scheduled for January 5th. The remaining appearances will be announced at a later date.
The Milwaukee Brewers will have three separate giveaways during the upcoming season. They will present Ice Scrapers to the first 2,500 fans on January 9th, and the first 2,500 fans to the game on February 12th will take home a Brewers/Admirals Travel Mug. Lastly, the Brewers will offer buy one, get one FREE ticket vouchers for a 2016 game for all fans on March 18th
Returning for the fifth season will be the Ads Salute to Seinfeld, with an appearance by Phil Morris, aka Jackie Chiles, on Saturday, November 21st.
The team will bring back many of the popular promotional giveaways from previous seasons, such as Saz’s Schedule Pens (3,500) on November 6, We Energies Calendars (10,000) on December 4th, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Cowbells (5,000) on December 28th, and Fan Appreciation Night with team pictures for all fans, courtesy of Saz’s, on April 15th.
In addition, Milwaukee favorite Pat McCurdy will entertain fans before and after the game and during intermissions on Monday, December 28th. The world renowned University of Wisconsin Badger Marching Band will perform on Friday, February 26th, including a special 4th Intermission on the ice following the game, courtesy of Pegasus Partners.
The Admirals will celebrate their annual ICAT Logistics Salute to Wrestling on Sunday, February 21st with the visiting wrestlers still to be determined. Plus, the first 5,000 fans will take home a bobblehead, courtesy of Lee Jeans, of the The Crusher, the Wrestler who made Milwaukee Famous.
In addition, February 21 will also be Purina Dog Day Afternoon, where fans can bring their dogs to the game for just $2.
The Admirals are also proud to offer all Veterans and active military personnel and their families free tickets to the team’s game on Friday, November 6th with Military Appreciation Night, presented by the USO of Wisconsin and United Steelworkers Local 209. This is the 11th consecutive year that the team has hosted this special night.
Potawatomi Hotel & Casino will also continue to sponsor Chuck-a-Puck, where fans can purchase foam pucks at select games for $1 and then throw them onto the ice for a chance to win great prizes. The proceeds from Chuck-a-Puck go to the Milwaukee Admirals Power Play Foundation, which is the team’s charitable arm.
The Aurora Sports Medicine Institute Autograph Corner also returns for another year. At 20 different games during the season two Admirals players will sign autographs after the game in the Autograph Corner, which is located outside section 225.
The Ads also provide many ticket specials for fans, including the popular Wendy’s/Private Bank Family Day where fans can get two Stern & Bow tickets and two Wendy’s Meal Deals for just $26!. This deal is available on November 28, December 6, December 19, January 2, and February 21.
The Harley-Davidson Museum Breakaway Package also returns for the 2015-16 campaign. Available for every game, fans can get an Admirals Stern & Bow ticket and a ticket to the Harley Davidson Museum for only $20!
Admirals Fair Deal Fridays are back in the ticket specials line up for the second year in a row. On select Fridays fans get a Stern & Bow ticket and a ticket to the 2016 Wisconsin State Fair for only $16! This deal is available on November 20, November 27, December 18, February 26, March 11, and April 15.
