First Phase of Promo Schedule Set
Milwaukee, WI—The Admirals announced the first phase of their 2014-15 promotional schedule today which features many of the team's signature giveaways, concerts and special events.
The rest of the promotional schedule, including the Admirals Concert Series which features free post-game concerts from national recording artists, will be announced at a future date.
The promotional schedule kicks off on Opening Night, Friday, October 10th when all fans take home a magnet schedule of the 2014-15 season. Then on Saturday, October 25th, all fans will receive an Admirals Schedule Pen, courtesy of Saz’s.
The Ads will give out three bobbleheads this year, highlighted by a Bobblefist of forward Mike Liambas, courtesy of Lee Jeans, for the first 5,000 fans on Friday, February 21st. Last season Liambas established a new Admirals AHL record for penalty minutes in one season with 267.
The other two bobbleheads and their dates will be announced shortly.
The team will bring back many of the popular promotional giveaways from previous seasons, such as WE Energies Calendars (10,000) on December 12th, Potawatomi Bingo Casino Cowbells (5,000) on December 30th, Admirals Winter Hats from TSMGI (3,500) on January 3, Gruber Law Offices Admirals T-Shirts (3,500) on March 6th and Fan Appreciation Night with team pictures for all fans, courtesy of Saz’s, on April 17th.
In addition, Milwaukee favorite Pat McCurdy will entertain fans before and after the game and during intermissions on Friday, December 26th and Friday, April 10th. The world renowned University of Wisconsin Badger Marching Band will perform on Friday, February 6th, including a special 4th Intermission on the ice following the game, courtesy of Reinhart Partners.
The Admirals will celebrate their annual ICAT Logistics Salute to Wrestling on Sunday, February 8th with the visiting wrestlers still to be determined.
Purina Dog Day Afternoon, where fans can bring their dogs to the game for just $2, will take place on Sunday March 8th.
The Admirals are also proud to offer all Veterans and active military personnel, and up to six five members of their immediate family, free tickets to the team’s game on Friday, November 7th with Military Appreciation Night. This is the 10th consecutive year that the team has hosted this special night, but the first time the offer has been extended to family members.
In addition to the free ticket offer, the Admirals will welcome Appleton native, Vietnam War Veteran, and four-time Super Bowl Champion Rocky Bleier to the game and the team will also wear special camouflage jerseys that will be auctioned off via silent auction with the proceeds benefitting select veteran assistance programs.
Potawatomi Bingo Casino will also continue to sponsor Chuck-a-Puck, where fans can purchase foam pucks at select games for $2 and then throw them onto the ice for a chance to win great prizes. The proceeds from Chuck-a-Puck go to the Milwaukee Admirals Power Play Foundation, which is the team’s charitable arm.
The Aurora Sports Medicine Institute Autograph Corner also returns for another year. At 20 different games during the season two Admirals players will sign autographs after the game in the Autograph Corner, which is located outside section 225.
The Ads also provide many ticket specials for fans, including the popular Wendy’s/Private Bank Family Day where fans can get two Stern & Bow tickets and two Wendy’s Meal Deals for just $25. This deal is available on November 2, December 7, February 8, and March 8.
The Harley-Davidson Museum Rumble Package also returns for the 2014-15 campaign. Available for every game, fans can get an Admirals Stern & Bow ticket and a ticket to the Harley Davidson Museum for only $20!
Admirals Fair Deal Fridays are a new addition to the ticket specials line up for this season. On select Fridays fans get a Stern & Bow ticket and a ticket to the 2015 Wisconsin State Fair for only $16! This deal is available on November 21, December 12, December 26, January 30, February 13, March 6, and April 10.

Individual tickets for the 2014-15 season will go on sale on September 23, but Admirals season ticket holders can purchase them now by calling the Admirals office at (414) 227-0550.
