Bradley Corp Admirals Cup Starts Next Week
Milwaukee, WI – Admirals Governor/CEO Harris Turer announced today that the team will host the 11th annual Bradley Corp Admirals Cup presented by Dr Pepper next week. The tournament features eight of the top high school programs in the state and all teams will play at least one game at Panther Arena.
The Admirals Cup is held in conjunction with two Admirals home games next week: Friday, November 24 at 7 pm, and Saturday November 25 at 6 pm.
This year’s Admirals Cup will be a feature a championship style bracket, a switch from the showcase tournament of the past two seasons. The first round will take place on November 20 through the 22nd at the home rinks of four of the schools. Waukesha will visit Appleton United, Middleton travels to two-time defending Admirals Cup champs Hartland Arrowhead, Cedarburg hosts Mequon Homestead, and Madison Edgewood welcomes Verona.
All games switch to Milwaukee for rounds two and three with games at the Mullett Center on the campus of Arrowhead High School, the Kern Center on the campus of the Milwaukee School of Engineering and also Panther Arena.
All teams in the tournament will play three games with the championship contest set for 1 pm on Saturday November 25 at Panther Arena. The third place game will precede the title game at 11 am on the 25th.
All of the games for the Admirals Cup are free to attend. For games at Panther Arena fans should enter the building through the main entrance on Kilbourn Ave. Doors will open at 11:30 am on the 24th and 10:30 am on the 25th.
