Ticket Refund, Exchange and Resale Policies
Ticket policies vary based on the type of ticket purchased. Please review the information below before purchasing, exchanging or attempting to resell your tickets.
Single-Game Tickets
Single-game tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Eligible tickets may be listed for resale through Ticketmaster using

Resale eligibility is determined by the type of ticket purchased, and listing a ticket does not guarantee that it will be sold.
Severe Weather and Snow
If the Admirals, the visiting team and game officials are able to travel to the arena, the game will generally be played as scheduled.
If a game is postponed or rescheduled due to severe weather, tickets issued for the original date will remain valid for the rescheduled game. Ticket holders will not need to obtain new tickets.
Ticket buyers will receive communication from the Admirals with additional information and instructions if a game date or time is changed due to weather.
Full and Partial Season Ticket Members
If you know you will be unable to attend a game, you may exchange or return your ticket for full ticket credit toward another ticket. The exchange or return must be completed before the scheduled start of the game you will miss.
If a game has already been played and your ticket went unused, you may exchange the unused ticket for half credit toward another ticket. Two unused tickets may be exchanged for one full ticket.

Ticket Vouchers
All ticket vouchers must be redeemed during the season for which they were issued. Vouchers are valid for regular-season games only and cannot be redeemed for American Hockey League playoff games.
Warning
Despite enhanced spectator shielding measures, pucks and sticks still may fly into the spectator area. Serious injury can occur. Stay alert at all times including warm-up and after play stops. If struck, immediately ask usher for directions to medical attention.
The holder of this ticket assumes all risks and dangers of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this ticket is purchased, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, including, specifically but not exclusively, the danger of being injured by hockey pucks or sticks, players, other spectators or thrown objects. The holder agrees that the Milwaukee Admirals, LLC, its officers and employees; the Nashville Predators LP, its officers and employees; arena owner, its officers, directors and employees; and the American Hockey League, its officials, directors and employees are expressly released by the holder from claims arising from such injuries and hazards.
