Note: The Admirals have opted out of the 2020-21 AHL Season. Below please find answers to many frequently asked questions regarding this as well as other FAQs.

Will tickets be available to fans for the 2021-22 season?
Yes, we plan to have tickets available as normal when we return to action in October.

How will seating work for the upcoming season?
Seating should return to pre Covid-19 norms when we return to play. We will continue to work on seating plans in conjunction with the state of Wisconsin, Milwaukee County, and city of Milwaukee and should any changes be needed we will notify fans as soon as possible.

Can I have a replacement for expired voucher(s) I was unable to use?
We will happily replace any vouchers you were unable to use due to cancelled games. Request new vouchers here.

I have a credit on my account from cancelled games during the 19-20 season.  How can I use it?
Ticket credit will remain on your account until you use it.  You may use it to secure a ticket plan now, or wait until we have a schedule.  If you have questions about your account please email ticketinfo@milwaukeeadmirals.com.

I already have a ticket package for the 2020-21 season. What happens now that the team is opting out of the season?
All money paid toward a 2020-21 ticket package will automatically be rolled over to the 2021-22 season.

Can I still buy ticket packages for next season?
Yes, we are on sale now for 2021-22 Full and Half Season Memberships as well as Flex Plans.

How many games will the team play next season?
The 2021-22 AHL season will return to the 76 game schedule. This will include 38 Admirals home games at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.

When will the schedule be released?
We hope to have a schedule for the 2021-22 season in early summer.

How do I get to the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena?
The UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena, the Admirals home rink, is located in downtown Milwaukee at 400 W. Kilbourn Ave.

  • Madison/Points West:
    Take I-94 east to I-43 north; take the first exit, Kilbourn Avenue tunnel (Exit #72-C). Go straight at the first traffic light and the Arena will be one block up on your left hand side.
  • Chicago/Points South:
    Take I-94 west to I-43 north; travel north on I-43 to the McKinley Avenue exit (Exit #73-A) and follow McKinley Avenue to 6th Street. Turn right on 6th Street. Travel 4 blocks south on 4th, turn left at traffic light onto Kilbourn Ave and the arena will be on your left.
  • Green Bay/Points North:
    Take I-43 south to McKinley Avenue exit (Exit #73-A) and turn left on to McKinley to 6th Street. Turn right on 6th Street. Travel 4 blocks south on 6th, turn left at traffic light onto Kilbourn Ave and the arena will be on your left.
  • Issac’s Parking Structure:
    330 W. Wells St.
    Issac’s Parking Structure is kiddie-corner from the Panther Arena and offers 800 parking spots.

I’ve got a great idea for a promotion. Where should I send it?

Do the Admirals supply donations for use at fundraising events?
The Admirals fulfill most donation requests that we receive for non-profit organizations. To submit a donation request please click here.

How can I get a birthday name on the message board?
Birthday names can be booked on the scoreboard by phoning 414.227.0550. Bookings must be received two business days before the requested game.

How are contestants picked for intermission contests?
Depending on the promotion, contestants are chosen at random by our game night staff or you can enter to be a contestant at the kiosks located on the concourse.

How can I ride on the zamboni, ship or participate in the Pick ‘n Save Human Hockey Puck?
These are three of our most popular promotions and can fill up very quickly. To see if a spot is open please contact Nathan Harker at (414) 227-0556.

How can I audition to sing the national anthem at a game?
You may submit an audio file (.mp3 or .wav preferred) of the American national anthem (Canadian optional), performed a cappella, along with biographical and contact information to Director of Entertainment Heather Wojciechowski at hojo@milwaukeeadmirals.com.

How long does a game last?
A typical Admirals home game lasts about 2 and ½ hours, however we have had games as quick as two hours or as long as three.

Where is your office located?
While our games are at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena, our front office is located at 510 W Kilbourn in the lower level of the Milwaukee Theatre. Our regular hours are M-F 9am – 5pm.

What time do the doors open on game day?
The doors generally open one hour prior to game time.

How can I have Roscoe appear at an event?
Roscoe loves to be out and about in the community!

My children are 2 and 1 year old. Do they need a ticket?
No, two and under are free as its assumed that they will sit on your lap. If they are extra squirrelly and you want them to have their own seat then they do need a ticket.
