Please Note: To complete an exchange on Admirals Account Manager, the selected new seats must be the same value as those you are exchanging. If you’d like to exchange tickets with a higher value, please follow the Upgrade instructions here.
Step 1:
Select the game you want to exchange tickets for. Once on that page, select more (it’s 3 dots in a circle).
Step 2:
Select exchange.
Step 3:
Select the seats you want to exchange. Then select Continue.
Step 4:
Find the game you like to attend. Hit Select Event.
Step 5:
Pick a section on the seat map. The new seats selected must be the same value as the seats you are exchanging. Otherwise, go back to step 1 and follow seat upgrade instructions.
Step 6:
Select your new seat(s) and Add to Cart.
Step 7:
Select the shopping cart in the top right corner and then Continue.
Step 8:
Review the summary of your exchange and then Submit.
Step 9:
Verify that the Total Amount Due reads $0.00 and press Place Order.
Step 10:
You will receive a confirmation email detailing the exchange following submitting the order.
