Milwaukee, WI— Admirals President Jon Greenberg announced today that the team has hired Gracie Thies as Ticket Operations Coordinator and Gabby Tolfa as Service Executive.
Among her many duties, Thies (THEES) will help generate invoices and process payments for the team’s Ads365 Season Ticket Membership (STM) program, serve as the team’s point person for AHL analytics, coordinate and assist with the fulfillment of STM benefits, and manage the team’s charity ticket programs which includes Pucks for Patriots and Jane’s Kids. She will also assist the Director of Ticket Operations and Analytics with responsibilities in Ticketmaster, Kore CRM, and StellarAlgo.
The Belvidere, IL native joins the Admirals after serving as a Ticket Operations Specialist for the Brewers. She is a recent graduate of Marian University in Fond du Lac where she double majored in Sport & Recreation Management and Marketing.
Tolfa will be responsible to provide superior customer serve to Admirals fans, specifically season ticket members, group leaders and individual game buyers. She will work to build fan loyalty and membership value as a primary point of contact with STMs. She will also assist in developing long-term fan retention and growth strategies and help implement those policies.
A graduate of Concordia University-Wisconsin with a major in Mass Communications, Tofla got her start in the industry as a Communications Intern with the Admirals during the 2018-19 season. Most recently she was a Service and Engagement Team Lead at Target where she managed the front of store experience. She currently resides in Waukesha.
The Admirals will kick-off next season by hosting the Grand Rapids Griffins on Saturday, October 16th at 6 pm at Panther Arena.
