Nathan Williams enters his 5th season as the Milwaukee Admirals strength and conditioning coach. He is responsible for all aspects of the team’s off-ice performance training sessions, sports science data collection and interpretation, meals/nutrition/supplements, and plays a role in the rehab process both on/off ice.
Prior to joining the Admirals, Nathan spent three seasons as the strength and conditioning coach for the Vancouver Canucks AHL affiliate (Utica/Abbotsford). Other stops include:
Lake Superior State University- Head Strength and Conditioning Coach (first full time coach in the school’s history), University of Nebraska-Omaha Graduate Assistant, Part-Time Coach at D1 STL West, and internships with the St. Louis Blues, Miami (OH) University, Missouri State University, and Eastern Michigan University.
