Novak Recalled by Predators

Milwaukee, WI— Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the team has recalled River Falls native Tommy Novak from the Admirals.

Novak is Milwaukee’s leading scorer through his first 25 games of the season, recording 26 points (11g-15a), a total that’s also tied for the 14th-most in the AHL. He’s recorded a point in five of his last seven contests, including four multi-point efforts, two of which came consecutively on Dec. 14 vs. Hartford (1g-1a) and Dec. 17 vs. Toronto (2a); this followed a three-game stretch that saw him tally six points (3g-3a), highlighted by his first three-point effort of 2022-23 on Nov. 25 at Rockford (2g-1a). All of Novak’s 11 goals have come at even strength, and his +9 rating is the highest among Admirals forwards.

The Admirals and Wolves return to action this Wednesday when they finish up a home-and-home set with the Chicago Wolves at 7 pm at Panther Arena.
