A Note from Harris Turer

Dear Admirals Fans,

What a season it was for the 2023-24 Milwaukee Admirals! Another appearance in the Western Conference Finals, two Game 5 playoff victories at home to clinch playoff series, a 19-game winning streak, attendance averaging over 6,100 fans per game, and the amazing fun that Admirals Hockey is all about. On behalf of our entire organization, I want to thank you for your support and investment in Milwaukee Admirals Hockey. There are many places where you could spend your time and money. When you select us, we do not take that for granted. We are truly grateful and will always do whatever we can to earn your business.

The 2023-24 Admirals team entered the season with lots of new, young talent and a strong group of veterans to guide them. We have the best coaching staff in the league and an amazing group of trainers and equipment staff ready to help.

The event that marked the regular season was our 19-game winning streak. It started all so quietly on January 5th with a 1-0 OT win at home vs. Colorado. The Admirals did not lose in the month of January and most of February. On Saturday night, February 24th, the Admirals beat the Chicago Wolves 5-4 in front of 8,661 fans to reach their 19th win in a row! In that game, Cal O’Reilly became the Admirals all-time AHL scoring leader. What a night it was!

The Admirals finished the regular season in first place in the central division and entered the playoffs vs. the Texas Stars. After losing the first two games in Texas, the Ads came home and swept Texas. They completed that sweep with an exciting game 5 victory at home led by Zach L’Heureux’s two goals in the first minute of the game!

The next series vs. Grand Rapids was back and forth. The teams split the first 4 games meaning a decisive game 5 in Milwaukee on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.  Led by Milwaukee’s own, Troy Grosenick, and goals by Zach L’Heureux and Ryan Ufko, the Admirals pulled off another series-clinching victory in front of almost 8,000 fans. Our highest playoff crowd since 1996!

The Admirals made their second straight Western Conference Final appearance. While unsuccessful in their bid to get the Calder Cup Final, that has not taken away all the great memories of this season.

The 2023-24 season was one of the most successful on and off the ice for the Admirals. None of that success would happen without YOU, our fans. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support all season long. Can’t wait to see all of you October 19th for our Home Opener of the 2024-25 season!
